Responsibilities

• To achieve yearly target and support all segments of UOB branches in Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking and Commercial Banking
• To service and support Business Partner (UOB) based on designated branches by providing product training and sales coaching, joint field work, events coordination and any other business development activities.
• To promote key KPIs i.e. NBPs, Active Ratio, Productivity and Average case size, in meeting overall company's strategic direction.
• To promote healthy product mix by focusing on protection-based products.
• To support on New Business Penders management and post-sales servicing matter
• Organize, facilitate and drive bancassurance through trainings, client events and sales activities related to bancassurance.
• Strategize and planning in achieving the region sales target
• Collaborate and maintain good relationship with business partner
