Job Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to introduce and promote the company’s products and services.
- Invite customers to attend events, birthday promotions, and update on latest information.
- Schedule appointments and channel qualified leads to the respective sales team daily.
- Build rapport and communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-through.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
- Analyze and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Follow up diligently on customer requests and ensure commitments are met.
- Demonstrate strong customer care and attentiveness to client needs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the customer database.
- Stay informed on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- Share valuable customer feedback with relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the Consultation and Sales Teams.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the system.
- Prepare reports and perform general administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales.Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Strong persuasive, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a high level of resilience.Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.Salary range : RM2,500 - RM3,000Working Hours :
Monday to Friday : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
Saturday : 10 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
