Overview
1) Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2) Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an added advantage.
3) Candidate must be proficient in Malay, English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) for effective communication. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
4) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
5) Strong organizational and time-management skills.
6) High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
7) Willing to assist in company events or exhibitions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare sales orders and quotations using the internal system
Assist with the preparation and coordination of marketing events and exhibitions
Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts
