Ensure operations comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, HALAL and other food safety standards Apply food science knowledge in interpreting and implementing regulations Management of QC Laboratory Conduct sensory, physical and chemical assessment of finished products Validate critical control points (CCPs) using food science principles Conduct microbiological, chemical and other tests Analyze test data to ensure compliance with food safety and nutritional standards Prepare and review QA documentation, batch records and product specifications Assist in internal audits, supplier audits and external regulatory inspections Provide GMP, hygiene and food safety training to staff Application Questions
