PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :

Promote and sell the organisation’s products within an assigned geographic area to existing and new customers toachieve sales targetsandmarket growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Drive selling results in assigned territories and / or accounts.
  • Probe anybusiness expansionopportunity and make it as real revenue figures.
  • Identify, search, and contact prospective customers to build genuine relationships, find solutions they need and that will generate future sales and repeat business.
  • Provide customer feedbacks andmarket informationon competitor activities to sales leader, and the other appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships across functions e.g. marketing,customer services,logisticsto fulfill customers’ demands.
  • The sales specialist shall also be responsible for matters ancillary to these sales and marketing activities, as well as other matters assigned to him / her by the Company, acting reasonably.
  • Undertake other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in dental industry or medical device industry, implant relevant is high priority.
  • Multinational companies working experience is preferred.
  • Customer oriented, team player, agile, embrace change, adapt proactively, have a “can-do” attitude
