We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through comprehensive testing, documentation, and process improvement. A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in test automation, particularly using Playwright, and the ability to deliver walkthroughs or training sessions to internal teams, stakeholders, and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks, with a focus on Playwright.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business / system analyst, and project manager to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects through issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Analyze test results, generate test reports, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct system walkthroughs, demonstrations, and training sessions for internal teams, stakeholders, and potential clients.
• Stay updated with new QA methodologies, tools, and technologies.
