Job Description : Service Crew - Gelato Shop
- Greet and assist customers with menu choices
- Serve gelato, coffee, other beverages, and dessert
- Operate the coffee machine and prepare drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Handle cash register and process transactions
- Ensure the gelato display is neat and well-stocked
- Assist with daily stock inventory and replenishment
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
- Follow health and safety standards in food preparation and service
- Work as a team to maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere
- Working hours, including day and evening shifts, and weekends
Requirements :
