MANAGER, OPERATIONS (CONCRETE / PRECAST) Key Responsibilities

Operations & Production

Plan, lead and manage day-to-day operations of the concrete / precast plant.

Develop and execute production schedules to meet project timelines.

Monitor supply chain, inventory and logistics for raw materials and finished products.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Oversee quality control to ensure compliance with CIDB, ISO and safety standards.

Drive cost control, waste reduction and efficiency improvements (lean manufacturing).

Manage plant / equipment maintenance to minimise downtime.

Project Coordination

Coordinate closely with project site teams, consultants and clients.

Analyse production metrics, prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Lead, train and motivate the operations and production team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in concrete, precast concrete or manufacturing operations.

Familiar with production planning, quality control and supply chain management.

Strong grasp of precast production processes (casting, curing, handling, logistics).

Knowledge of plant maintenance, machinery operations and safety regulations.

Proven ability to implement process improvements and efficiency measures.

Strong project management, timeline management and cost control skills.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
