Direct message the job poster from Bintai Kindenko Private Limited Manage and handle full set of accounts & general ledger, including AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets, bank recon etc. To assist Finance Manager in preparation of group consolidate accounts as well as the Bursa Quarterly reporting and Annual Report publication. Compile and extract financial data of group, business units / subsidiaries, perform incisive, thorough and detailed variance analysis and provide commentaries reporting on group financial performance. Challenge entity level reporting packages and identify discrepancies or unusual variances. Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and relevant regulatory requirements during the consolidation process. Implement best practices and automation solutions to streamline the consolidation workflow. Liaise with external auditors to prepare and finalize year-end audited group financial statements. Assist with coordination and planning of component and local statutory audits. Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirements; Liaise with auditor, tax agent and company secretary in the completion of yearly audit report and annual return. Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance and professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, LCCI, AAT, MACPA, MIA etc.) or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of work experience; capable candidate will be considered to be fast-tracked for job promotion. Well versed with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRSs) / MASB requirements. Attention to details, accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality is important Proficiency in accounting software, especially SQL is advantageous Comfortable with MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point. Proactive, ability to drive and function effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Able to work under tight deadline and in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment. Seniority level
