Penerangan pekerjaanMonitor and analyze content trends to identify emerging risks and improve moderation rules. Identify and promote high-quality content to enhance community engagement and visibility. Product and Algorithm Enhancement Assist in improving the platform's algorithm to optimize content quality and community interactions. Collaboration & AI-driven Enhancement Assist in writing AI prompts to improve automation efficiency in content moderation (preferred but not required). Experience : Prior experience in content moderation, trust & safety, or community management. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to detect fraudulent patterns, spam behavior, and policy violations. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 communities. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of AI moderation tools and prompt engineering (preferred). Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Work Ethic : Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and adapt to fast-changing trends. Be part of a dynamic and fast-growing Web3 community. Review, assess, and moderate community content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
