Job Description
Administrative Tasks :
Perform basic clerical work : filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.Assist in document preparation, record maintenance, and report compilation.Support daily operations and provide administrative help to various departments.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier arrangements, and documentation.Runner Duties :
Carry out errands to :o TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) for utility matters.
o Banks for deposits, payments, and document processing.
o Government departments (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, JPJ, etc.).
Make utility bill and statutory payments.Ensure timely and accurate document handling.Maintain confidentiality and safety of all company materials.Requirements :
Male candidates only (due to nature of outdoor errands and work requirements).Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.Must own a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle or car driving license.Familiar with local routes and government offices.Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and proficiency in basic English is an added advantage.Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.Our Company Benefits
