Payroll Controller Specialist (Immediate Joiner) | Petaling Jaya

• Payroll Processing : Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislation and company policies.
• Compliance & Reporting : Ensure payroll practices comply with Fair Work Act (AU), Holidays Act (NZ), tax laws, superannuation / KiwiSaver, and statutory reporting (e.g., STP, PAYG, IRD).
• Audit & Controls : Maintain internal controls, perform reconciliations, and support internal / external audits.
• Vendor Management : Liaise with third-party payroll providers and ensure service level agreements are met.
• Employee Support : Address payroll-related queries from employees and HR teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement process enhancements to improve payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee data, leave balances, and benefits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with HR, Finance, and Compliance teams to align payroll with organizational goals.
