This role sits within Finance, Business & Technology (FBT) and involves contributing to strategic planning projects across the bp network.
What You Will Deliver
- Supply Network Replenishment Planning : develop and implement finished goods replenishment plans to balance supply and demand across regional warehouses and PU points using Kinaxis Maestro.
- Production Planning : develop and manage mid-to-long-term production plans across multiple manufacturing sites aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
- Raw Material Planning : develop and manage mid-to-long-term raw material plans to meet PU needs, coordinating with Procurement and suppliers.
- Inventory & Stock Management : ensure inventory availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence.
- Collaboration & Partner Management : align production and replenishment strategies with business objectives across functions and markets.
- Systems & Reporting : apply Kinaxis Maestro for planning, track KPIs, drive process improvements, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own replenishment, production, and raw material planning within the Global Planning scope to optimize service, cost, and inventory targets.Coordinate with deployment planners, MPS, MRP, plant schedulers, Procurement, PU Supply Planning Delivery Managers, and S&OP teams to model capacity and material availability (RCCP, C : D ratio).Develop medium-to-long-term plans and provide input to S&OP processes to resolve capacity and material constraints.Maintain planning data in line with governance requirements (lead times, service levels, replenishment parameters).Support short-term DRP deployments and respond to short-term constraints with mitigations.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.Experience : 8–12 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing.Proven experience with advanced planning tools (Kinaxis Maestro preferred); strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S / 4HANA, JD Edwards).Business proficiency in English and Thai; ability to collaborate across multiple regions and functions.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.Benefits & Workplace
