IT Officer / Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanParticipate in the entire software development life cycle. Design, develop new web application modules, and customize existing intranet applications based on project requirements. Design, develop new screens or reports, and customize existing screens or reports for the ERP system. Troubleshooting, bug fixing, optimize performance of intranet system or ERP system and provide technical support to users. Integrate data from various plugins, back-end services, MS SQL databases, and third-party systems via API into the intranet system or ERP system as needed. Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the intranet system, and also preparing technical documentation & user manuals. Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field preferred. A minimum of 2 years' experience in ERP / Development support in a manufacturing industry is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Candidate must be willing to work at Senai, Johor area.
Candidates will be assigned under Application Support (ERP) / Development Support division that relates to his / her education background and working experiences.
Application Support (ERP)
- Provide ERP support and troubleshoot end users' reported problems.
- Test and assist in ERP system development and implementations.
- Participate in requirements gathering and analysis, write functional specifications, and propose improvement plans.
- Schedule and provide end-user system training.
- Perform month / year-end inventory system freeze.
