We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and client stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and client stakeholders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Ensure training content is up to date with product launches, feature updates, and process improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to trainers to enhance facilitation skills and knowledge delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with BPO and client-specific standards, policies, and certification requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging feedback, training analytics, and best practices in learning & development.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education Diploma or above in any field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a BPO environment, with at least 1-2 years in a Training Manager role.
  • Proven experience handling training in BPO - highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies, instructional design, and modern training tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects, timelines, and teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into training solutions.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts if required to support global clients.
  • Fluency in English (Verbal and Written) is a must
