Assist in updating job description and ensuring that HR has full records of the job description for all employees.
Assist HR / Wellness in any organized activities.
Recruitment – Assist in scheduling interviews, putting document in place for interviews.
Assist in opening of physical personal files for new joiners, archive resigned staff files and other hardcopies filing and follow up with the outstanding documents.
Assist in update and record of staff reimbursement benefits.
Qualification
Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or any equivalent.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Have a good communication skill - can communicate well with others.
Someone that is organized and can pay attention to details.
Good in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
