Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Engineer located in Seri Kembangan. The Operations Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of CNC machines and processes, troubleshooting machinery issues, and performing regular maintenance. The role also involves optimizing machining processes, collaborating with the production team to meet project deadlines, and upholding safety standards. The Operations Engineer will also be expected to provide customer service support, ensuring that client requirements are met with precision.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems
• Effective Customer Service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with the production team and other stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in operating CNC machinery is highly beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
