The Billing Manager is responsible to oversee Sales Commission functions in Malaysia. This role is required to lead a small sales commission team, ensuring accurate and timely payout of commissions and resolving disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.
To ensure sales commission processes and systems are set up in an optimal and efficient manner.Monitor sales commission processes, develop and maintain process documents.Translate commission schema into quantifiable formulae and computable logic.Lead the team in user acceptance testing (UAT).Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring commission payout accuracy.Work with stakeholders to resolve disputes and discrepancies as and when they arise.Promptly address any concerns and issues related to sales commission payout.Drive operational excellence to meet payout timelines and identify opportunities for improvement.Drive automation initiatives by working with IT or the Digital team and furnishing requirements.Skills for Success
Graduate with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance / Accounting / IT / Business or equivalentA minimum of 5 years experience in finance or business operationsExperience in leading a team of co-workers and dealing with multiple stakeholdersFamiliarity with billing or commission systems and processesExperience in working with SAP / APEX is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office and ExcelHas strong analytical skills, an eye for detail and meticulousPossess effective communication skills both written and spokenJoin us on our mission to continue defining the future of financial services.
