Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales revenue through distributors and contractors.
  • Ensure project sales by ensuring active specifications and sales leads are converted into sales for the company.
  • Use specification project file to conduct sales call and work with distributor / dealer / contractors to finalize sales order.
  • Develop customer loyalty and enhance significant relationship with key customer accounts.
  • Establish new account to enlarge customer base and over-achieving sales target.
  • Conduct in-depth communication with above clients to follow-up with ongoing project, introducing PRIMA value, products and systems and convince them commercially.
  • Ensure pricing premium for company products and systems.
  • Achieve project sales target in terms of coverage / win ratio / revenue / & product mix.
  • Managing and updating project tracking into company tracking database, measuring sales and delivery activities.
  • Co-work with technical team to organize customer training.
  • Organizing presentation, site visitation and meeting to stake holders.
  • Recognizes customer requirements (e.g. technical, schedule, cost / benefit) and brings effective Solutions to customers’ problems.
  • Understands current market environment, competitive dynamics and key business drivers, any other S&M related activities as required by management.
  • Participate in activities and exhibitions organized by S&M.
