Ensure sales revenue through distributors and contractors.
Ensure project sales by ensuring active specifications and sales leads are converted into sales for the company.
Use specification project file to conduct sales call and work with distributor / dealer / contractors to finalize sales order.
Develop customer loyalty and enhance significant relationship with key customer accounts.
Establish new account to enlarge customer base and over-achieving sales target.
Conduct in-depth communication with above clients to follow-up with ongoing project, introducing PRIMA value, products and systems and convince them commercially.
Ensure pricing premium for company products and systems.
Achieve project sales target in terms of coverage / win ratio / revenue / & product mix.
Managing and updating project tracking into company tracking database, measuring sales and delivery activities.
Co-work with technical team to organize customer training.
Organizing presentation, site visitation and meeting to stake holders.
Recognizes customer requirements (e.g. technical, schedule, cost / benefit) and brings effective Solutions to customers’ problems.
Understands current market environment, competitive dynamics and key business drivers, any other S&M related activities as required by management.
Participate in activities and exhibitions organized by S&M.
