Overview
Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems. Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence. Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime. Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes. Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives. Responsibilities

At least Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server platform not limited to Microsoft System Centre suite of products. Experience with or knowledge of the following technologies (as listed) : Microsoft Server Operating System, Ubuntu, Redhat, Citrix Virtual Desktop, BeyondTrust PIM / PAM, RSA Security Appliance, Splunk, Solarwinds, Tenable VMS, Veeam Backup, Ansible Automation Platform At least 1-3 years’ experience in Information Technology industry in the areas of Microsoft, Nutanix or Citrix system implementation, project management and O&S. Experience in performing project management, handling technical challenges and liaising with users and vendors to define business requirements and deliver technical solutions. Additional Information
