Role Description

The Education Counselor is responsible for recruiting students to enroll in the University of Cyberjaya through various approaches such as telemarketing, live chat, student consultations, exhibitions, and school fairs. The role also involves monitoring the student pre-registration process, ensuring proper documentation for admissions procedures, maintaining an up-to-date student enrollment database, and achieving recruitment targets set by the superior.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (a related field is an advantage).
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the education industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Malay and English.
• A team player with a positive mindset.
• Willing to work on weekends during peak recruitment seasons.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
