We are looking for a competitive Key Account Executive to champion the Corporate sales area and develop existing customers to help us become the number 1 healthy snack brand in the region. Responsibilities include :
- Planning and executing the company’s retail distribution and trade marketing strategy in MY, SG, and export markets
- Planning, forecasting, and setting KPIs and targets for retailers and distributors with the manager
- Creating customized business plans to identify target sales channels and key clients, selecting the best products for entry, and developing brand positioning, pricing, and marketing strategies for successful market entry and sales growth
- Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and HORECA customers to ensure long-term business success
- Identifying and reaching out to potential retail partners, local and international distributors, and HORECA leads
- Negotiating key terms with new partners and onboarding them to facilitate purchase orders
- Monitoring trade spend effectiveness, forecasting upcoming trade spend, and managing overspending situations
- Coordinating with internal teams on demand planning, export requirements, delivery, and packaging
- Preparing sales reports and market analysis for management to facilitate decision-making
- Performing other projects and tasks as required

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of FMCG key account management experienceProven track record in sales and business developmentStrong project management skillsExcellent communication skills and customer management passionFinancial acumen and understanding of customer data / metricsRelationship-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively and influence teamsEntrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel within the home countryExperience in gifting and premium industries is a plusSkills
