Responsibilities :
- Design and implement learning and development programs to address organisational needs and enhance employee skills.
- Develop and maintain competency frameworks.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and create customised learning plans.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and talent management.
- Partner with external vendors, as required, to deliver specialised training programs.
Secondary Responsibilities :
Assist in the development of a talent management strategy, including career pathing and succession planning.Support the identification of high-potential employees and work with leadership to develop career development plans.Contribute to Financial Inclusion Programmes, as needed.Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in learning and development or related fields.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Proven experience in developing and implementing effective training programs.Strong skills in writing, framework development, communication, and interpersonal relations.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior management.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.Job Types : Permanent, Contract
