We’re recruiting Malaysians who speak Mandarin or Cantonese to contribute to a fast-moving project related to training AI solutions for the financial industry. This is a short assignment, and we’re looking for people who can jump in quickly and deliver results daily.
This project aims to capture authentic banking conversations to train AI to understand how Malaysians speak. Every conversation you record helps make banking technology more inclusive and accessible for all Malaysians. By contributing your voice, you will help shape smarter, safer, and more human AI systems that serve everyone better.

Your conversations will be recorded, anonymized, and used exclusively to train AI models that serve the financial industry. Conversation topics are product-focused, and any sensitive information will be redacted before being used for AI training purposes.
Requirements
What will I be doing?
- Make phone calls to banks in Mandarin and / or Cantonese (Malaysian Chinese accent).
- Follow the assigned call objectives to navigate the conversation with the bank’s representatives.
- Topics include banking scenarios about financial products, such as credit cards, savings accounts, or online banking features.
- Record clear, high‑quality audio of each call (10‑30 minutes per recording).
- Upload the audio to the folder through the link that will be given in the onboarding.
- Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times.
What will I need for the project?
Be a native speaker or fluent in Mandarin and / or Cantonese.Reside in Malaysia to call local banks.Thoroughly read the guidelines for this project to follow the phone call SOPs.Ability to handle phone conversations confidently.A quiet environment and a reliable internet connection.A mobile device with a good‑quality microphone for recording.Proactive communication with the Product Manager to share questions, challenges, and solutions.Persistence and a high level of patience in attempts to reach agents when the first few attempts are unsuccessful.Resourceful in finding ways to elicit a response from the customer service agents in the service language.Availability during core work hours (9 : 00 am – 6 : 00 pm). This project is not suitable for those with full‑time jobs.Project Details
Project Duration : November 19, 2025 – November 21, 2025.Earn RM 2.30 per valid minute of call time (e.g., a 10‑minute call earns RM 23).Call duration ranges from 10 to 30 minutes per phone call.Fully remote role; communication will be carried out via WhatsApp.Participation : Only serious applications will be entertained.Benefits
