Join the team as the main liaison between the agency and clients, leading social media content and strategy across multiple platforms while ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Lead, manage and maintain good business relationships with clients and potential clients across GOAT - WPP Media.
• Assist the Account Lead on assigned businesses, provide strategic inputs to clients and internal teams, and keep clients engaged and informed.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of campaigns, including briefing, timeline management, internal coordination, budget management, community management, content management, and reporting.
• Understand client needs through regular liaison and daily interactions.
• Collaborate with Content and Insights & Analytics teams, attend briefings and strategy sessions, and develop meaningful and relevant content.
• Utilize social tools to generate insightful reports and social audits; analyze, strategize, ideate and execute content plans.
• Perform administrative tasks such as quotations, forms, financial documents, PO / follow-up with clients and vendors as required.
