Positka is a Singapore based boutique consulting firm with blue chip multinational clients. Positka’s client work is in the IT Consulting field, more specifically in the Cybersecurity domain. Besides Singapore, we have presence in India and the UK.

We are seeking experienced, Mandarin-speaking professionals who will be responsible for understanding customer expectations, ensuring delivery excellence, and strengthening client relationships. The Regional Engagement Manager plays a vital role in enhancing the customer experience by ensuring smooth and successful delivery of services that meet and exceed client needs.

Role Description

The Regional Engagement Manager is accountable for end‑to‑end delivery of programs and projects to meet customer needs.

Specifically :

• Understand, articulate, and drive agreement on clients’ expectations and requirements.
• Convert the requirements into specific deliverables and credible plans.
• Drive delivery of outcomes by leading a team of specialists and in collaboration with key stakeholders within Positka and across the customer organization.
• Identify opportunities for business development and extending client relationships.

Projects are likely to be primarily in the domain of Cybersecurity and allied areas of Information Technology. Whilst cybersecurity background is not a pre‑requisite, past experience implementing software solutions or driving technology services delivery will be useful. The Regional Engagement Manager, over time, will need to gain in‑depth knowledge and understanding of Positka’s solutions.

The Regional Engagement Manager will be driving the execution of strategic projects that may be across any of the key geographies including Singapore, HK, Japan, Middle East, UK, India, and North America. Most engagement will occur largely remotely but there may be occasional travel.

As Regional Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for :

Analytical / Decision Making Responsibilities

Successful candidates will work directly and independently with clients to ensure smooth and effective delivery in all relevant parameters. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project progress smoothly by problem solving roadblocks and coming up with practical remedial actions.

Career Path

This role will expose the candidates to acquire skills in emerging technologies like Security, Analytics and Machine Learning. This role is a stepping stone toward a Business Unit leadership responsibility. The candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with and be groomed by senior leadership of Positka, for engaging with senior executive such as CIO / CISO in the customer organizations.

Location

The role is based out of Kuala Lumpur with remote working flexibility and some travel.
