As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technological strategy and ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's IT infrastructure and systems.
What you'll be doing
Responsible for the proper functionality of the day-to-day operations of all IT related systems / applications in the hotel.
Oversees all installation and maintenance / upkeep of computer hardware, software, networks, switches and troubleshooting as preventive measures.
Handles and responds to guest feedback, complains and any other guest satisfaction concerns, especially related to their IT requirements (Wi-Fi, internet, hardware, AP, etc.) by taking immediate remedial action to achieve a satisfactory solution / outcome.
To ensure all related operations licenses (Antivirus, Microsoft Office software, etc.) are kept current and the necessary documentation raised for renewals in a timely manner, wherever applicable.
Serves as the designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) to ensure the organisation complies with data protection laws under the PDPA.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in an IT management or senior IT role, preferably in the hotel industry
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
Proficient in managing IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, enterprise software, and IT infrastructure
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
