Qualifications
- Minimum education level : Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.
Responsibilities
Ensure all site operations comply with OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, and other relevant safety laws and regulations.Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and identify potential hazards.Monitor and enforce safety rules, regulations, and procedures among workers and subcontractors.Conduct Toolbox Meetings, Safety Briefings, and Emergency Drills for all site personnel.Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.Prepare, maintain, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports to management or DOSH when required.Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe work practices at all times.Assist in developing and implementing the Site Safety Plan (SSP) and Emergency Response Plan (ERP).Liaise with DOSH officers and ensure all permits-to-work are properly reviewed, approved, and executed according to site safety requirements.Develop and deliver tailored health and safety training programs for site personnel to improve safety awareness and compliance.Maintain accurate safety documentation, including safety records, incident logs, and PPE issuance tracking.Liaise with project management, contractors, consultants, and authorities on all safety-related matters.Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and continuous awareness among all site personnel.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
