The Global Technology Resilience team aims to guarantee the Continuity of critical services by verifying the existence and operability of recovery solutions both with our partners and internally, so that they can be activated at any time and allow users to continue their activities according to the conditions defined in particular following a disaster. This includes the Crisis Management process and its maintenance under such conditions.
