This job involves managing a test center to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include :
- Managing daily operations of the Test Center
- Administering and invigilating tests such as PTE Academic, PMI, UCAT, RGOC, etc., following established guidelines
- Ensuring the Test Center operates profitably and efficiently
- Maintaining compliance with policies, standards, and confidentiality of test results
- Troubleshooting technical issues with internal and external teams
- Liaising with test providers like Pearson, AEAS, British Council IELTS, etc.
- Achieving targets set by management
- Preparing monthly reports for management and accounts
- Handling exam inquiries and registrations
- Updating promotional materials for counselors
- Maintaining testing inventories
