We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin cum Operations Assistant to support our team in daily administrative and operational tasks. The role involves handling office administration, documentation, coordination work, and occasional travel to Johor Bahru when required.

Responsibilities :

Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation).

Assist in operational support such as scheduling, coordination, and follow-up with internal and external parties.

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

Prepare simple reports and maintain records.

Support the management team in ad-hoc tasks and projects.

Travel to Johor Bahru for work assignments when necessary.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Able to communicate in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Willing to travel when required (Johor Bahru).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9.00 am – 6.00 pm)
