Responsibilities :

Infrastructure Maintenance (Windows Server & VMware Virtual Environment)

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across physical and virtual environments.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.
  • Apply operating system patches and updates to maintain system integrity.
  • Perform firmware upgrades for servers and related hardware.
  • Configure and harden systems to meet security standards and compliance requirements.

Hardware Maintenance

  • Conduct comprehensive maintenance of physical server hardware, including diagnostics and part replacement.
  • Perform firmware and microcode upgrades to ensure hardware compatibility and performance.
  • Manage hardware installation, configuration, and migration activities.

    • Software Maintenance

  • Apply OS-level patches and security updates across Microsoft and VMware platforms.
  • Implement and maintain secure system configurations, addressing vulnerabilities and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor server capacity and execute remediation activities to ensure optimal resource utilization.

    • Requirements :

  • VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) : Windows Server or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure support.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
  • Possess a valid driving license.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya / Shah Alam.
