Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist at UOB. The role is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. The role works with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, source and attract suitable candidates, coordinate assessments and conduct interviews, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source applicants through different channels including professional networks
• Screen and review candidate profiles; conduct pre-screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit
• Engage with candidates regarding assessments and interview scheduling
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates
• Maintain recruitment operating procedures and ensure documentation is up to date
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings on candidates
• Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment practices to identify areas for improvement
