Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the sale of products in a defined geographical district and for the development and execution of sales plans, targets, and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy.
- Support sales / service team and key account colleagues in managing key client relationships and negotiating contracts with key customers.
- Build sales capability and manage and motivate the sales / service team.
- Perform any other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Location and Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be based in Johor Bahru, initially working remotely.Once the company establishes its physical office in Iskandar Puteri (Johor Bahru), the role will transition to an on-site position.The company prefers candidates aged late 20s to below 35 years to ensure maturity and professionalism.Qualifications and Skills
Prior experience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry is strongly preferred.Understanding of the plastic industry landscape and client expectations.Proven ability to sell industrial machinery or large-scale equipment.Strong communication and persuasion skills for engaging clients and closing sales.Ability to present technical product information effectively.Highly committed, responsible, and dedicated individuals are valued.A strong sense of ownership and interest in long-term growth with the company is desirable.Benefits
