About The Role

As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Associate, you will support the recruiting team with entry-level recruiting and administrative work. This role is part of the Talent Acquisition functional area focused on sourcing, recruiting, and screening talent for all job levels within the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and post ads on job boards.
  • Create and manage talent communities.
  • Draft correspondence and maintain a cadence of communication with talent communities and pipelines.
  • Review resumes against job ads for accuracy.
  • Conduct phone and video screens of candidates.
  • Support both internal and external sourcing and placement of candidates.
  • Ensure recruiting efforts align with regulatory compliance.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems with little or no precedent, recommending new techniques.

Impact & Process Improvement

  • Impact own team and other closely related teams.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve team efficiency.
  • Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from a 4‑year college or university in human resources or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in a support role preferred.

    Certificates and / or Licenses

    None.

    Communication Skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, moderate complex correspondence, write complex reports, modify offer letter language, and respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, and supervisors.

    Financial Knowledge

    Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, salaries, and commissions.

    Reasoning Ability

    Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard and non‑standard situations, with high analytical skills. May refer to established policies and practices to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, utilizing existing resources and developing alternatives.

    Other Skills and Abilities

    Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Scope of Responsibility

    Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Responsible for setting own project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short‑term impact to coworkers and supervisor.
