Responsibilities
- Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing, credit control, and collections.
 - Ensuring accounting transactions and cost centres are captured correctly in the system, with adequate review prior to month‑end closing.
 - Ensuring sales and purchase transactions are in line with company policies and accounting standards.
 - Coordinating with related departments to ensure sales and purchase transactions are recorded accurately, timely and completely.
 - Reconciling accounts and investigating and resolving any reconciliation differences.
 - Supporting month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
 - Assisting in liaising with auditors and tax agents.
 - Assisting with office administration duties to run the office efficiently.
 - Handling other ad‑hoc or non‑ad‑hoc tasks / assignments.
 
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Mandarin proficiency required for client communication).At least 3 years of relevant working experience.Experience handling a full set of accounts is an added advantage.Positive thinking and strong interpersonal skills.Fresh graduates are welcomed.We are a leading specialty pharmaceuticals company with operations in 30 cities across Southeast Asia, dedicated to improving the quality of life for doctors and patients.
