6-day week, may include night / weekend shifts Responsibilities

Check and service machines every day (cleaning, greasing, safety checks).

Fix breakdowns on machines such as extrusion lines, conveyors, offset printers, heading / shouldering presses, trimming machines, and ovens.

Repair and maintain molds and dies used in extrusion and heading; do polishing and small adjustments.

Change or fix worn parts like gears, bearings, belts, chains, shafts, and couplings.

Troubleshoot and repair

pneumatic systems

(cylinders, air valves, compressors, regulators, hoses).

Do

basic electrical repairs : connect motors, sensors, switches, relays, simple wiring.

Help production team during job changeovers (setting up tooling, adjusting machine settings, test runs).

Requirements

2–5 years experience in factory or industrial machine repair

Strong mechanical repair skills : molds, dies, gears, gearboxes, and

pneumatic systems .

Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, sensors, PLCs, relays).

Able to read simple mechanical drawings or manuals.

Lathing, machining, or fabrication skill
