Our client SLF HOME SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking an Order Processing Executive to join their team

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the furniture industry? Join our client's team as an Order Processing Executive and play a crucial role in bringing custom furniture designs to life. This position offers a chance to work with cutting-edge design technology and develop your skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing?

Create detailed drawings : Prepare scaled or full-size shop drawings from designer specifications, showcasing construction methods and materials for custom furniture pieces.
Ensure quality : Utilize your keen eye for detail to identify and address minor issues with furniture designs and construction.
Develop quotations : Apply your knowledge to prepare accurate quotations for customized built-in furniture projects.
Manage product specifications : Stay up-to-date with company supplier products and their applications, including hardware and lighting solutions.
Handle documentation : Process and manage customer documentation efficiently and accurately.
Utilize technical skills : Apply your proficiency in Excel and other relevant software to support order processing tasks.

Who are they looking for?

Educational background : Candidates with a School Certificate or equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.

Experience : At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

Language skills : Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred to support effective communication with clients and team members.

Technical expertise : Basic knowledge of Excel and relevant working certificates or professional certifications are beneficial.

Attention to detail : A meticulous approach to work and the ability to spot and resolve minor issues is essential.

Customer-oriented : Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction are key for this role.
