Responsibilities
- Deliver top quality and friendly customer service
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards
- Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly
- Handle overall operations and reports to submit
- Attend to customers’ concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the company’s policy
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations
