About our Client

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Transformation / Finance Process Improvement Specialists to support finance enhancements, business process re-engineering (BPR), and digital transformation initiatives. This position connects finance and IT teams to improve efficiency using data analysis, automation tools, and close coordination with stakeholders.

About the Role

The Process Improvement Specialists will play a key role in redesigning and optimizing finance processes, ensuring effective communication across teams, and providing ongoing support for finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and optimize finance processes (e.g. RTR, OTC, PTP, FP&A etc.) by analyzing workflows and recommending improvements.
• Collect, validate, and document business and requirements; conduct gap analyses and define future-state processes.
• Drive effective communication and alignment across global / local Finance teams, IT, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including UAT coordination, go-live readiness, hyper care support, training delivery, knowledge transfer, and support model rollout.
• Provide ongoing support for finance systems (e.g. ERP, ticketing, closing platforms), resolving system issues and interface errors in collaboration with IT.
• Design and deploy business solutions using low-code / no-code platforms such as Power BI, UiPath, and Power Automate.
• Establish KPIs for system performance and maintenance and continuously monitor to ensure service improvements.
