Develop and maintain automation scripts and playbooks using Ansible and PowerCLI to streamline operations and deployment Monitor system health, capacity, and performance; troubleshoot infrastructure issues proactively. Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure platform reliability and compliance. Implement and maintain configuration management, system upgrades, and patching processes. Must Have Skills :
- VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) - Strong hands‑on experience managing and operating VCF environments (SDDC Manager, vCenter, NSX, vSAN integration).
- vCenter & ESXi - Installation, configuration, and management of vSphere environments including resource allocation, HA, DRS, and troubleshooting.
- vRealize Suite (vROps, vRA, vRLI, vRNI) - Experience with deployment, monitoring, and automation using vRealize tools
- Automation – Ansible - Proven experience building and maintaining automation playbooks for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Automation – PowerCLI / PowerShell - Scripting for VMware automation and task orchestration.
- Operating Systems - Basic administration and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux VMs.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting - Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in virtualized environments.
