Working Hours : Mon to Fri (8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm), Sat (8 : 30am - 1pm)

We are setting up a new precision steel fabrication facility and seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations. You will oversee all production activities to ensure products are delivered on time, with high quality, and within cost targets. As this is a new plant , you will also play a key role in establishing systems, workflows, and building the team from the group up .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and commissioning of new production lines, layout, and systems.
• Plan and oversee daily production activities to achieve delivery, quality, and cost goals.
• Define and implement fabrication process (cutting, welding, machining, forming, finishing).
• Establish SOPs, quality standards (ISO / UL), and ensure safety compliance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and manage production staff, build a high-performing team.
• Monitor KPIs (output, efficiency, defects, costs) and report to management.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams.
