Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of campaigns and day-to-day needs, handling from briefing through reporting, including paid traffic generation through platforms e.g. Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, XHS, TikTok, YouTube; implement SEO tactics for organic traffic generation and SERP ranking for SMC and CoEs websites, as well as Wellness Centre e-store.
Responsible for media planning, buying, optimising and reporting to assigned campaigns and drive innovative media strategies .
Support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing SMC and CoEs online marketing campaigns, managing vendor relationships and reporting .
Support Assistant Director and Digital Marketing Manager in creating media plan , strategically and efficiently. Magnify result e.g. CTR, UV, leads quality, of every dollar spent .
Track and analyse performance daily , responsible for metrics - reach, engagement, leads generation and quality, and conversions rates throughout the funnel.
Lead internal meetings with other departments and call on agency resources to strengthen optimisation ideas (placement or visual enhancement, targeting etc) for campaigns.
Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow in order to meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings.
Build a comprehensive media knowledge base and synthesises information into ideas.
Prepare clear, concise weekly / monthly reports to communicate key findings and recommendations for presentations.
Job Requirements
At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT or related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
A positive role model who is result-oriented, cost conscious, and excellent attention to detail - review all work to ensure high quality standard.
A strategic thinker and keep abreast of latest algorithm updates, as well as performance marketing strategies.
Proven track record on the execution and development of media and digital strategies for brands.
Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills, including math proficiency.
Ability to effectively utilise media research and reporting resources.
Technical proficiency, particularly with media systems and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
