Role Overview :
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with at least 5 years of overall experience in IT and a minimum of 3 years in a dedicated DevOps role. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing and managing CI / CD pipelines, maintaining environments across the software development lifecycle, and implementing infrastructure automation. Strong skills in monitoring system performance and optimizing reliability are essential. Experience with Azure DevOps is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient CI / CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.Manage and optimize development, staging, and production environments to ensure high performance and minimal downtime.Implement and maintain monitoring tools to track system performance, availability, and scalability.Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system inefficiencies.Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, YAML or similar frameworks.Utilize Azure DevOps for pipeline creation, environment management, and integration workflows (preferred).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment processes and streamline operations.Establish and enforce best practices for source control, automated testing, and code reviews.Set up and manage logging, alerting, and performance dashboards using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or similar.Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years in a DevOps role.Proven expertise in building and managing CI / CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD, or similar.Strong understanding of managing environments across development, staging, and production.Hands-on experience with monitoring and performance tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or New Relic.Proficiency in at least one cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; Azure DevOps experience is highly desirable.Skilled in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell).Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and implementing proactive solutions for system reliability.Preferred Skills :
Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps pipelines, and integrations.Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for cloud-based infrastructure.Understanding of DevOps security practices and compliance standards.
