• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair a variety of technical equipment and systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to prevent issues
• Document all work performed and maintain detailed records
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide quality customer service
• Support the installation of new equipment and systems
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety standards
