About the role

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Draftsman to join the growing team at KEJURUTERAAN BENG HOCK SDN BHD' in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for producing detailed engineering drawings and technical documents to support the company's projects and operations.

What you’ll be doing

Interpreting engineering specifications and requirements to create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings
Preparing design sketches, layouts, and technical illustrations to support the engineering and construction process
Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure drawings meet technical and quality standards
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for engineering drawings and documentation
Providing support and guidance to junior drafting staff as required

What we’re looking for

Tertiary qualification in Engineering Drafting or a related technical discipline

Minimum 1 / 2 years' experience as a Draftsman, ideally in the engineering or construction industry

Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Solidworks, or similar

Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical specifications

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
