Responsibilities
Work with brand principals and internal / external sales team to manage and implement key trade promotions by channel via sales-driven activation, new products development launching plan, premiums / free gifts program and POSM initiatives.
Analyze, plan, monitor and implement innovative and effective trade support activities and tools via different sales channel (including sampling, roadshows, product catalog, MSS & display guideline) to support business goals / strategies.
Work closely with the sales team and assist them in strengthening and expanding distribution and coverage in each channel.
Timely and effectively coordinate with merchandising team to ensure activities are executed as planned and in accordance to company SOP.
Prepare post-mortem / evaluation report, compile and analyze market intelligence on assigned accounts.
Escalate customers' feedback to relevant department by ensuring prompt and effective response.
Monitor feedback inquiry in social media and general email so as to provide high professional & prompt response.
Assist and participate in exhibitions / events to promote Company / Brand awareness.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
