Position : Management Trainee (F&B Operations)

Location : Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Salary : RM 4,000

Working Days : 5–6 days per week

Job Responsibilities :

  • Support daily F&B operations and ensure smooth outlet performance.
  • Assist Outlet Manager in business initiatives and operational planning.
  • Learn through a structured rotational program across different functions.
  • Supervise and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop leadership skills for future management roles.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Passion for leadership and operations.
