Position : Account Officer

Working Location : Taman Molek, Johor
Working Hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary : RM3-4k (depends on experience & last drawn)

Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily updates for Accounts Payable (AP), Official Receipts (OR), payment processing, and proper document filing.
- Process and verify staff expense claims in a timely manner.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure account accuracy.
- Monitor debtor and creditor accounts, including Statement of Accounts (SOA) and aging reports.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly agency financial reports.
- Manage general administrative duties such as office maintenance and stationery inventory.
- Maintain accurate records of staff daily attendance, leave applications, and medical certificates (MC).
- Generate and submit attendance and leave reports to HR as required.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned to support smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
