Schedule : 05 : 00 AM – 02 : 00 PM or 06 : 00 AM – 03 : 00 PM (supporting New Zealand Team)

Holidays : Follows New Zealand (Auckland) public holidays

About the Role

The Senior Order Fulfillment & Export Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders from receipt to delivery. As the key point of contact for export transactions, you will manage logistics coordination across internal teams and external providers, oversee export documentation and compliance, and proactively address customer concerns. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while supporting global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and process sales and export orders in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all export order matters.
• Monitor inventory allocation and ensure complete and accurate order documentation.
• Liaise with couriers and shipping partners for both local and international shipments.
• Prepare Certificates of Origin, invoices, and other export documents to ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, claims, and after-sales support.
• Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance fulfillment and distribution efficiency.
